1. Fill with compressor oil.Fit new O-rings on the A/C pipes from the evaporator and lubricate them with synthetic vaseline. Fit new O-rings on the

A/C pipes from the evaporator and lubricate them with synthetic vaseline.

2. Fit the expansion valve on the A/C pipes. Tighten both expansion valve retaining bolts.

Tightening torque: 5 Nm (3.7 lbf ft)

3. Fit new O-rings on the A/C pipes from the compressor and lubricate them using synthetic vaseline.
4. Fit the A/C pipes in the expansion valve. Tighten the bolt securing the PAD-connection to the expansion valve.

Tightening torque: 9 Nm (6.6 lbf ft)

5. Vacuum pump the A/C system and fill with refrigerant.
