Ball Joint: Service and Repair

Ball Joint (Bellows) 

To remove 

1. Remove the nut to the anti-roll bar.
2. Loosen the nut to the ball joint. Use puller 89 96 696 to press out the bolt from the swivel member.
3. Remove the ball joint nut and pull down the stanchion/suspension arm.
4. Remove the lock ring securing the bellows and take off the bellows.

To fit 
1. Fill the new bellows with Molycote Long-term 2-78 grease.
