Check to make sure the coax cable is connected to the VCU and coupling box. Also make sure the coax cable is not nicked, cut, scraped or
twisted above the headliner.

Next check the cell antenna installation. Make sure the cell antenna is mounted in the correction location, the antenna is above the vehicle roof
line, the coupling box and cell antenna mount are lined up properly, and finally, there is not aftermarket window tint on the vehicle glass.

To remove:

Remove the overhead console trim and disconnect the electrical connectors

Remove the rearview mirror.
