Remove the trunk sill cover by removing the 2 tie down ring bolts.

Remove the 4 plastic nuts and pull down the passenger side trunk carpet.

To remove the VCU, release the retainer strap and disconnect the electrical connectors.

To remove the VIU, remove the 3 nuts securing the mounting bracket to the car body.
