Remove the upper A-pillar trim, and the upper windshield trim. Disconnect the lamp.

Remove the A-pillar trim.

Remove the rocker trim from the passenger side by removing the plastic retainer with a flathead screwdriver. (turn it 90° to release.)

Pull up on the rocker trim, taking care not to break the retaining clips, and pull the carpet away from the front kickpad.
