When repairing a car with a triggered airbag, the following components must always be changed:

-

Steering wheel, airbag, and steering column assembly (1).

-

Contact roller (2).

-

Control module (3).

-

All seat belts and belt tensioners in the front seats (4).

-

All seat belts in the rear seat that were used during the collision (5).

-

Passenger airbag (where applicable) and dashboard (6).

-

Side airbags, with respective sensor and backrest upholstery, that were detonated during the collision (7).

The following components must be inspected for burn damage and information:

-

Knee shield

-

SRS wiring harness

-

Windscreen

Change damaged components.

WARNING
Change all the seat belts if it cannot be determined with certainty which belts were in use when the collision occurred.
The seat belt on the passenger side must always be changed, even if it has not been used. This is because the seat-belt tensioner has been
triggered.
