Antenna/Dummy Antenna, Fixed (4D)

NOTE:  Cars as of model year 2001 and VIN 13047361 that lack the handsfree provision have a dummy antenna mounted on the roof. For more
information refer to Telephone connection.

To remove

If you are unsure whether or not the car has the handsfree provision, check. Shine a torch through the microphone grille. On cars prepared for handsfree,
a black microphone will be clearly visible behind the grill. On cars lacking such provision, there will be an empty space behind the grille.

1. Remove the LH and RH C-pillar trim.
2. Remove the brake light cover.
3. Remove the LH and RH courtesy handles.
4. Tip the seat cushion and backrest forward.
5. Remove the centre head restraint.
6. Remove the roof clips.
7. Carefully bend down the headlining.
