Function

Point the remote control towards the car. When a button is pressed, the remote control sends a control signal which is received by the remote control
receiver unit. The range is approx. 8 meters.

The signal from the remote control is a fixed identification code (each remote control has its own code) and a "rolling code" which changed each time a
button is pressed.

Control buttons on the remote control

LOCK

Used to lock the car with the central locking and arm the anti-theft alarm.

UNLOCK

Used to unlock the car with the central locking and disarm the anti-theft alarm.

TAILGATE

Used to unlock the boot lid/tailgate only while also disarming it.

Transport

The remote control does not function on transport.
