8. Remove the rear roof covering, clips.
Unplug the connectors for the glass breakage sensor and luggage compartment light.
9. Detach the D pillar trim.
10. Remove the roof coverings between the C and D pillars.
11. Detach the top of the C-pillar trim (fastened with clips).
12. Remove the cargo safety net mountings, remove the covers and undo the clips.
13. Undo the 2 clips securing the rear edge of the headlining by turning them through 90° and pulling them down.
14. Carefully pull the headlining away from the door sealing mouldings on the passenger side. Then pull the headlining away from the door sealing
mouldings and B pillar trim on the driver side.
15. Cars with sunroof:
Detach the headlining from the hooks by the sunroof.
16. Unplug the connector on the upper surface of the headlining.
17. Lift the headlining out through the luggage compartment opening.
When replacing the headlining, the rear roof light and wiring harness should be removed.
