2. Fit the timing cover.
3. Fit the belt tensioner.

Tightening torque: 40 Nm (30 ft. lbs.) 

4. Fit the coolant pump pulley and power steering pump pulley. Do not tighten the bolts. Use Loctite, part No. 74 96 292.
5. Fit the multigroove belt.
6. Tighten the belt pulleys.

Tightening torques:

Belt pulley, coolant pump 8 Nm (6 ft. lbs.) 
Belt pulley, power steering pump 20 Nm (15 ft. lbs.) 

7. Fit the right-hand engine mounting with bracket and mounting. Lower the engine and tighten the engine mounting on to the bracket.
8. Fit the power steering hose to the holder.
9. Fit the mass air flow sensor.

10. Fill with coolant. Do not forget to close the drain plug on the radiator first. Refer to Coolant for mixtures.
11. Vent the cooling system as follows:

Fill the system to the MAX level and close the lid of the expansion tank. Start the engine and run unloaded until warm at varying engine speeds
until the radiator fan starts. Open the lid of the expansion tank and top up to the MAX level. Close the expansion tank lid and let the engine run at
