2. Position the latch to the door. 
3. Connect the electrical connectors to the latch. 

Notice:  Refer to Fastener Notice  (See: Service Precautions/Vehicle Damage Warnings/Fastener Notice).

4. Install the 3 fasteners that retain the latch to the door. 

Tighten the fasteners to 10.0 Nm (22 in. lbs.).

5. Install the outside handle lock rod to the outside handle. 

6. Install the inside door handle lock rod to the latch. 
7. Install the water deflector. Refer to Rear Side Door Water Deflector Replacement  (See: Rear Door Panel/Service and Repair/Rear Side Door

Water Deflector Replacement).

8. Install the door trim panel Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement  (See: Rear Door Panel/Service and Repair/Rear Side Door Trim
