6. Fill the crankcase with the proper quantity of engine oil. Refer to Approximate Fluid Capacities (See: Specifications/Capacity Specifications) and

Fluid and Lubricant Recommendations (See: Specifications/Fluid Type Specifications).

7. Remove the oil level indicator.
8. Wipe the indicator with a clean cloth.
9. Install the oil level indicator.

10. Remove the oil level indicator and check the oil level.
11. Add oil if necessary.
12. Check for any oil leaks.
