Battery Tray Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the battery. Refer to Battery Replacement  (See: Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement).

2. Loosen and remove the 5 bolts that secure the battery tray to the wheelhouse.
3. Remove the battery tray.

Installation Procedure

1. Install the battery tray.

Notice:  Refer to Fastener Notice.

2. Install the 5 bolts to the battery tray.

Tighten the bolts to 20 Nm (15 ft. lbs.).

3. Install the battery.
