1. Install the generator bracket.

Notice:  Refer to Fastener Notice.

2. Install the generator bracket bolts.

Tighten the bolts to 55 Nm (41 ft. lbs.).

3. Install the power steering pump. Refer to Power Steering Pump Replacement (Except 4.2L)  (See: Steering and Suspension/Steering/Power

Steering/Power Steering Pump/Service and Repair/Power Steering Pump Replacement (Except 4.2L)).

4. Install the generator. Refer to Generator Replacement (5.3L Engine)  (See: Generator Replacement (5.3L Engine)).
