Work the rack of the new antenna rod down into the motor. Turn the gears so that they face the motor.

Apply grease to the rack.

Connect the red (+) and black (-) leads to the battery while carefully pushing the rack in.
NOTE: Connect the red lead to the battery from time to time to facilitate assembly.
