Heater Core Case: Service and Repair
Installing

Installation

1

Install a new seal between the heater housing and bulkhead.

Install the heat exchanger in housing. Install housing in position. Make sure that the lower edge of the housing is in its groove.

Install screws to housing.

Install cable entry in position.

Install floor vents.

Plug in connectors for servomotor, fan motor and blended air sensor (cars with Automatic Climate Control (ACC) only).

Install the plastic holder securing the wiring harness under the heater housing.

Install the air duct which goes to the rear floor.

9

Install the defroster vent and defroster air ducts.
