Procedure
1.
Lower the window.
2.
Remove the door trim.
3.
Undo the water drainage.
Lift out the foam block to increase accessibility. There is no foam block on certain cars.
4.
Loosen the pull rod between the opening handle and the door lock and allow it to hang loose.
5.
Remove the cover panel.
Note:
Undo the rear edge first.
6.
Remove the interior weatherstrip.
7.
Remove the guide rail retaining screw.
