900 SE Hatchback L4-1985cc 2.0L DOHC Turbo EFI (1997)
INSTALLATION
1. Clean the joints.
2. Install the screw which holds the exhaust pipe to the securing point on the engine, but do not tighten it.
3. Insert the front exhaust pipe and screw it on to the turbocharger.

Lubricate the three stud screws on the turbocharger with Molykote 1000, or equivalent prior to installing, then tighten to: 25 Nm (18.5 Of ft).
4. Tighten the screw which holds the exhaust pipe to the securing point on the engine.
5. Screw together the joint under the car, then tighten to: 20 Nm (15 ft. lbs.).
6. Install the oxygen sensor.

Lubricate the threads with Molykote 1000, or equivalent prior to installing, then tighten to: 55 Nm (41 ft. lbs.).
NOTE:

The oxygen sensor is sensitive to blows and impacts and must be handled with care.

It is important that the connection between the oxygen sensor and the nipple is gas-tight.
7. Lower the car and connect the oxygen sensor's cables.

Install the cable clamp and the clip.
