7. Refit the end cover on the climate control unit and tighten the screws. Run the ventilation fan at maximum speed and check that condensate does
not leak out from the evaporator. If necessary', install a new gasket between the end cover and climate control unit.
8. Tighten the nut securing the anti-freeze thermostat.
9. Refit the fan control unit and tighten the screws (cars with ACC).
10. Refit the protective cover.
11. Plug in the dashboard wiring. Secure the wiring with the cable ties.
12. Screw the bracket for the automatic transmission control module to the bulkhead wall.
13. Install the control module in the bracket.
14. Install the air duct to the dashboard's side vent.
15. Refit the floor ducts.
16. Cars with an airbag on the passenger's side: Refit the knee guard and tighten the nuts.
17. Refit the centre console's side panel.
18. Refit the glove box.
19. Fill up with compressor oil, carry out vacuum pumping of the A/C system and fill up with refrigerant.
