Temperature gauge constantly indicates low temperature L
Diagnostic trouble code B1311 may be present in Integrated Central Electronics (ICE).
Radiator fan may start when ignition switched on
Diagnostic procedure

Check whether any diagnostic trouble codes are present in the ICE module. If there are, take the necessary steps.

If no diagnostic trouble codes are present in the ICE module, continue fault diagnosis as described in "Body Control Module".
If no faults are discovered when carrying out the diagnostic procedure described, continue with point 3.
