10. Loosen the power window regulator.
1. Drill out 6 rivets.
2. Disconnect wiring harness plug.
11. Remove the power window regulator.
Installation Procedure
1. Install the power window regulator.
1. Install 6 rivets
2. Connect wiring harness plug.
2. Positioning front door window.
Position in lower window channel.
Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (See: Service Precautions/Vehicle Damage Warnings/Fastener Caution).
3. Install the front door window and tighten 2 bolts to 7 Nm (62 lb in).
Guide the window upwards and position evenly in the weatherstrip.
Note: Observe installation direction.
4. Install rear front door guide rail.
1. Install 2 rivets.
2. Position in lower guide rail.
5. Install belt outer sealing strip.
6. Install belt inner sealing strip.
Note: Damaged water vapor barrier must be replaced.
7. Install water vapor barrier.
1. Apply adhesive tape to door frame according to the shaded areas shown.
2. Cut foil to size
3. Provide cut-outs for inside handle with bearing supports and, if available, manual window actuation.
4. Install water vapor barrier without creases.
5. Install 4 clips.
