Removal Procedure
1. Remove the front seat back covering. Refer to Driver or Passenger Seat Back Cushion Cover Replacement (See: Seat Back/Service and
Repair/Driver or Passenger Seat Back Cushion Cover Replacement).
2. Remove the active head restraint frame.

Detach the active head restraint tension spring.
*
Remove the 2 bolts (l).
*
Remove frame from guide (arrows).
3. Undo the 2 mounting bearings of the active head restraint.
Installation Procedure
1. Install the 2 mounting bearings of the active head restraint.
