Note: Use commercial brake cleaner.
1. Clean the brake caliper and brake carrier.

Clean the guides for the brake pads in the top and bottom of the brake carrier (2).

Clean contact surfaces of brake pads at the brake piston (1) and the opposite surfaces (arrows) and remove adhesive residues.

Clean threads in the brake caliper.
Note:

The surface/paint coat of the brake lining plate must not be damaged.

Use commercial brake cleaner.
2. Clean the brake pads.
Remove adhesive residue from brake linings.
3. If there are leaks in the brake caliper, damage to the protective cap on the piston or the sealing collar of the brake carrier, replace the brake caliper
or brake carrier. Refer to Rear Brake Caliper Replacement (See: Brake Caliper/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Rear Brake
