6. Intake the toothed belt tensioner.
Insert the toothed belt tension roller.

Use a new bolt.
Tighten the bolt to 20 Nm (15 lb ft).

Released leg of spring (1) of the toothed belt tension roller must engage in the cut-out (arrow) of the pump module.
7. Remove MK-6628 .
8. Raise the vehicle by its full height.
9. Set the crankshaft to cylinder number 1 ignition TDC.
Marking, toothed belt drive gear and oil pump housing adapter must align.
10. Block the crankshaft.

Insert KM-6625 .

Install the bolted connection.
11. Lower the vehicle by its full height.
12. Install the drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement (See: Drive Belts, Mounts, Brackets and Accessories/Drive Belt/Service and Repair).
13. Install the camshaft cover. Refer to Camshaft Cover Replacement (See: Cylinder Head Assembly/Valve Cover/Service and Repair).
