Tighten the 2 nuts to 17 Nm (13 lb ft).
3. Install the 2 cover caps.
3. Install the wind protection weatherstrip.

Removal Procedure
1. Remove the instrument panel (I/P) compartment.
1. Remove the 4 bolts.
