High Pressure Safety Valve HVAC: Service and Repair
Compressor Pressure Relief Valve Replacement
Removal Procedure
1. Drain the air conditioning system. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging (See: Service and Repair/Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging
).
2. Remove the high pressure relief valve.
1. Remove the compressor relief valve (1).
2. Remove the seal ring (2).
Installation Procedure
1. Install the high pressure relief valve.
