Removal Procedure
Note: When replacing the electrical center, before removing the control unit, carry out a "Reset" using TECH 2. Refer to Control Module References (
See: Testing and Inspection/Programming and Relearning).
Warning: Refer to Battery Disconnect Warning (See: Starting and Charging/Battery/Service Precautions).
1. Disconnect the battery.
2. Open the liftgate.
3. Open the service flap.
4. Release the rear electrical center.

Disconnect the 7 wiring harness plugs (1).

Remove the nut (2).
*
Disconnect the retaining lug.
