Astra L4-1.8L (2009)
Release the 2 wiring harness plugs and disconnect.
Installation Procedure
1. Fasten the airbag wiring harness.
Connect and latch the wiring harness plug.
Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (See: Service Precautions/Vehicle Damage Warnings/Fastener Caution).
2. Install the airbag control unit.

Connect 2 wiring harness plugs.
Tighten the 3 nuts to 10 Nm (89 lb in).
3. Install the front floor console. Refer to Front Floor Console Replacement (See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Console/Service and
Repair)
4. Connect the battery.
Note: When replacing the control unit, after installing the control unit, program with a scan tool.
