Astra L4-1.8L (2009)
1. Install the seat belt.
Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (See: Service Precautions/Vehicle Damage Warnings/Fastener Caution).

Install the seat belt.
Tighten the reel retractor fastening nut to 20 Nm (15 lb ft).

Install the outer center pillar panel.
Tighten the seat belt on center pillar height adjuster to 20 Nm (15 lb ft).
2. Install the lower center pillar inner paneling.

Insert the lower center pillar inner paneling.
*
Install the 4 clips.
3. Install the complete sill strip.
Install the 5 clips.
4. Install the upper center pillar inner paneling.
*
Place the center pillar inner paneling, clip in the upper center pillar paneling in the lower center pillar paneling.
*
Install the 6 clips.
*
Install the panel.
5. Install the seat belt at front seat.
Tighten the bolt to 20 Nm (15 lb ft).
Use the screw locking compound.
6. Install the belt trim panel.
Install the panel.
