Rear Door Window Regulator - Manual

Window Regulator Replacement - Rear Door (Manual Regulator)

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the rear window crank handle. Refer to Window Regulator Handle Replacement - Door  (See: Window Handle/Service and Repair) .

2. Remove the door trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Side Rear Door  See: Body and Frame/Doors, Hood and Trunk/Doors/Rear

Door/Rear Door Panel/Service and Repair.

3. Remove the water deflector in order to access the window regulator. Refer to Water Deflector Replacement - Rear Door  (See: Body and

Frame/Doors, Hood and Trunk/Doors/Rear Door/Rear Door Panel/Service and Repair) .

4. Install the window regulator crank handle and move the window to gain access to the window regulator bolts.
5. Remove the window regulator bolts. Refer to Window Replacement - Rear Door  (See: Window Glass/Rear Door Window Glass/Service and

Repair) .

6. Push the window up to the full closed position and tape in place.
7. Remove the window crank handle. Refer to Window Regulator Handle Replacement - Door  (See: Window Handle/Service and Repair) .
8. Remove the manual window bolts.
9. Remove the manual window regulator from the door.

Installation Procedure

1. Position the manual window regulator in the door.

Notice:  Refer to Fastener Notice  in Cautions and Notices.

2. Install the manual window regulator bolts.
