If seat wiring is pinched near the seat adjuster linkage:

Repair the damaged seat wiring and replace the blown fuse, if necessary.

Reroute the wiring.

Punch two holes into the cushion matte on the rubber backed portion of the matte, approximately 13 mm (0.5 in.) from the edge.

Attach the wiring to the seat cushion matte with two wire ties.

Install the front seat back cover, pad, and frame. Refer to the "Front Seat Back Frame/Pad/Cover Installation" section of the 2002-2003 L-Series,
Body Removal & Installation Service Manual, Vol. IV.
5.
Install the seat to the vehicle. Refer to "Front Seat Installation" procedure in the Front Seat Installation section of the 2002-2003 L-Series, Body
Removal & Installation Service Manual, Vol. IV.
