1. Remove the front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement   (See: Front Bumper Fascia Replacement).
2. Remove the rivet from the fascia outer reinforcement.
3. Slide the rear of the outer reinforcement away from the fascia, then pull the outer reinforcement straight back.

Installation Procedure

1. Position the fascia outer reinforcement to the front fascia.
2. Install the rivet to the outer reinforcement.
3. Install the front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement   (See: Front Bumper Fascia Replacement).
