L300 V6-3.0L VIN R (2001)
2. Coat new filter O-ring seal with a small amount of petroleum jelly, and install filter into case.
NOTICE: Push straight up on center of valve in order to prevent damage to case bore.
3. Install oil level control valve.
4. Install oil pan gasket, oil pan, and hand start oil pan bolts.
Torque:
Oil Pan Bolts: 12 Nm (9 ft. lbs.)
5. Lower vehicle
6. Refill transaxle using DEXRON(R) III (P/N 21019223) or equivalent oil to specified refill capacity.
7. Start engine, warm up transaxle, and check for leaks.
8. Check for proper fluid level using the "Transaxle Fluid Level Checking Procedure".
