Oil Cooler Line Replacement
Removal Procedure
1. Remove the intake manifold and spacer.
2. Remove the coolant intake hose.
3. Remove the heater hose.
4. Remove the coolant bridge bolts.
5. Remove the coolant bridge upper seals.
6. Remove the coolant bridge.
7. Remove the coolant bridge lower seals.
8. Remove the oil feed line from the engine oil cooler.
9. Remove the return line from the engine oil cooler.
10. Take note of the 4 seals.
11. Remove the engine oil cooler line clamp.
Caution: Ensure that the vehicle is properly supported and squarely positioned. To help avoid personal injury when a vehicle is on a hoist,
provide additional support for the vehicle on the opposite end from which the components are being removed.
12. Raise and support the vehicle.
13. Remove the crank sensor bolt.
14. Remove the crank sensor.
