15. Remove engine oil cooler inlet and outlet nuts. 
16. Remove engine oil cooler cover bolts. 
17. Remove engine oil cooler. 
18. Clean all sealing surfaces.

INSTALLATION 

1. Install engine oil cooler.
2. Apply a 2 mm (0.08 inch) bead of Loctite (R) 5900 or equivalent, in the groove around engine oil cooler cover in place of oil seal.
3. Install engine oil cooler cover.

4. Install engine oil cooler cover bolts using torque sequence shown.

Torque: 30 Nm (22 ft. lbs.) 

5. Install engine oil cooler inlet and outlet nuts.
