8. Disconnect the power steering gear inlet hose (1) from the power steering pump.

9. Remove the power steering gear inlet hose retaining plate bolt (1).

10. Remove the power steering gear inlet and outlet pipe clip bolt (2).
11. Remove the power steering gear inlet hose from underneath the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

Important:  Hand tighten the bolts and nut in the following steps until all parts are in place. Once all bolts, the nut, and the part are in
place they can be torqued to the specifications.

1. Install the power steering gear inlet hose to the vehicle from underneath the vehicle and place the power steering gear inlet hose end into the

steering gear.
