Condition
Some customers may comment that the check engine light is on. Upon investigation, the technician may find DTC P0606 set in history or as current.
Cause
Current ECM calibrations can't compensate for the difference between the expected throttle position and the actual position.
Correction
An updated calibration for the ECM has been released to address this concern. Reprogram the ECM with updated calibration files using the TIS2WEB
Service Programming System (SPS) application. As always, make sure your Tech 2(R) is updated with the latest software version.
