On late 1992, and 1993-1995 vehicles:
a.
Remove plastic fasteners from bottom of center pillar upper outer applique'.
b.
Pull center pillar upper outer applique' outward from lower rear, and remove applique' from vehicle.
IMPORTANT:
If the insulator does not come off with the center pillar upper outer applique', carefully remove the insulator from the vehicle.

If the insulator is still attached to the center pillar upper outer applique' and is not damaged, proceed to the next step. If the insulator is not attached
to the center pillar upper outer appliqu6 or if the insulator is damaged, proceed to step 5.

Apply an adhesive such as 3M(R) Spray Trim Adhesive (P/N 08074) or equivalent, to the vehicle side mounting surface of the insulator, then
proceed to step 6.
IMPORTANT:
When using spray adhesive, make sure to mask surrounding surfaces before spraying.
5.
Remove damaged insulator, if required, and mark the inside of the center pillar upper outer applique', 150 mm (4.5 in.) up from the bottom edge of
the center pillar upper outer applique'.
a.
Apply an adhesive such as 3M(R) Spray Trim Adhesive (P/N 08074) or equivalent, to center pillar upper outer applique' side mounting
surface of the insulator and press the insulator into place.
IMPORTANT:
If the insulator is damaged, obtain a new insulator (P/N 21096888).
b.
Apply the adhesive to the vehicle side mounting surface of the insulator, then proceed to step 6.
IMPORTANT:
When using spray adhesive, make sure to mask surrounding surfaces before spraying.
