To receive credit for this repair during the warranty coverage period submit a claim through the Saturn Dealer System shown.

IMPORTANT:

The Loctite 242(R) must be claimed as a "material" using Net Item Code "M." Refer to the table for the material required, material cost, quantity
required, and material reimbursement amount.
