VUE AWD L4-2.2L VIN D (2005)
1. Install the tensioner assembly and bolt (if removed).

Tighten the drive belt tensioner bolt 45 Nm (33 ft. lbs.).
2. Route the belt around the alternator and the A/C compressor.
3. Install the J 44811 onto the tensioner and unload spring tension from the tensioner while positioning the belt.
4. Release the tensioner and remove the tool.
5. Install the right engine inner splash shield.
6. Install the right wheel and hand tighten the wheel nuts.
7. Lower the vehicle.

Tighten the wheel nuts 125 Nm (92 ft. lbs.).
8. Connect the negative battery cable

Tighten the battery terminal bolt 17 Nm (23 ft. lbs.).
