Timing Belt Idler Pulley Replacement
Removal Procedure
1. Remove the timing belt.
2. Remove the bolt (238).
3. Remove the pulley (239).
Installation Procedure
1. Install the pulley (239).
Important: Do not tighten the idler pulley bolt (238) at this time. The idler pulley bolt is to be tightened during the timing belt installation procedure.
2. Install the bolt (238).
3. Install the timing belt.
