Initial supply of P/N 19130602 may include pre-installed clamps. These clamps will be eliminated as service part supply is established.

6. Install a hose, P/N 19130602 with 3 clamps P/N 11570616 , to the heater core hose, thermostat housing and new surge tank, P/N 20813489. Refer

to the figure above for correct routing.

7. Install the new surge tank.
8. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill) in SI.
