Installation Procedure

1. Position the shock to the vehicle.

Notice:  Refer to Fastener Notice  (See: Service Precautions/Vehicle Damage Warnings/Fastener Notice) .

2. Install the upper shock bolt.

Tighten the bolt to 110 N.m (81 lb ft).

3. Install the lower shock bolt and nut.

Tighten the bolt to 110 N.m (81 lb ft).

4. Install the rear wheelhouse to the vehicle. Refer to Rear Wheelhouse Panel Liner Replacement  (See: Body and Frame/Fender/Rear Fender/Rear
