Loosen Torx screw No. 1 and remove the sliding roof garnish.

3.

Remove screw No. 2 and apply thread lock sealant, such as Loctite 242 or equivalent, to screw threads.

4.

Retighten screw No. 2. 

Torque: 2.5 +/- 0.5 N.m (25.5 +/- 5 kgf.cm)

CAUTION:

The screwdriver has to be set at a slight angle to the screw head because the screwdriver contacts the sliding roof housing panel. Therefore,
retighten the screw with care so as not to damage the screw head.

5.

Reinstall sliding roof garnish Torx screw No. 1 (refer to Figure 2).

Torque: 4 +/- 0.5 N.m (40.7 +/- 5 kgf.cm)

6.

Repeat for opposite side.
