Introduction

On some ECHO, Scion xA, and Scion xB vehicles, a condition may exist that allows the evaporator drain hose to become detached, causing the
passenger foot well to become wet. This bulletin provides a procedure to correct this condition.

^ 2003 - 2005 model year ECHO vehicles produced BEFORE the Production Change Effective VIN shown below.

^ 2004 - 2006 model year Scion XA and xB vehicles produced BEFORE the Production Change Effective VINs shown below.

Applicable Warranty*:
This repair is covered under the Toyota Comprehensive Warranty. This warranty is in effect for 36 months or 36,000 miles, whichever occurs first, from
the vehicle's in-service date.
