Horn Relay: Testing and Inspection
HORN RELAY
ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION
1. INSPECT FUSE (HORN)
a. Measure the resistance of the fuse.
Standard resistance: Below 1 Ohm
If the result is not as specified, replace the fuse.
2. REMOVE HORN RELAY (Marking: HORN)
a. Remove the engine room relay block cover.
b. Remove the horn relay from the engine room relay block.
3. INSPECT HORN RELAY
a. Measure the resistance of the horn relay.
If the result is not as specified, replace the relay.
4. INSTALL HORN RELAY
