Alignment: Service and Repair
Rear Wheel Alignment

REAR WHEEL ALIGNMENT

INSPECTION 

1. INSPECT TIRE

a. Inspect the tire.

2. INSPECT VEHICLE HEIGHT

a. Inspect the vehicle height.

NOTICE:  Before inspecting wheel alignment, adjust the vehicle height to the specified value.

3. INSPECT TOE-IN

Standard toe-in
If the toe-in is not within the specified value, inspect the suspension parts and replace them if necessary.

4. INSPECT CAMBER

a. Install the camber-caster-kingpin gauge or position the vehicle on a wheel alignment tester.
b. Inspect the camber.

Standard camber
If the measured value is not within the specified value, inspect the suspension parts for damage and/or wear, and replace them if necessary
because the camber is not adjustable.
