a. Install the steering column cover.
29. INSTALL STEERING WHEEL ASSEMBLY
a. Install the steering wheel.
30. INSTALL STEERING PAD ASSEMBLY
a. Install the steering pad.
31. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
32. INSPECT STEERING PAD ASSEMBLY
a. Inspect the steering pad.
33. INSPECT SRS WARNING LIGHT
a. Inspect the SRS warning light.
34. CHECK KEY INTERLOCK OPERATION
a. Check the key interlock operation.
35. PERFORM INITIALIZATION
a. Perform initialization.
NOTICE: Certain systems need to be initialized after disconnecting and reconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
