Repair Procedure

1.

Remove fuel tank. Follow the instructions contained in the Technical Information System (TIS), applicable model year, Scion XA or xB Repair
Manual: Fuel: Fuel Tank Assy: Removal & Installation And Disassembly & Reassembly

2.

Remove fuel tank filler pipe sub-assembly.

3.

Install the improved fuel tank filler pipe sub-assembly.

4.

Install the improved fuel tank. Follow the instructions in TIS, applicable model year, Scion XA or xB Repair Manual: Fuel: Fuel Tank Assy:
