Ignition Switch: Service and Repair
IGNITION SWITCH OR STARTER SWITCH ASSY
REPLACEMENT
HINT: The installation procedures are the removal procedures in reverse order.
1. REMOVE HORN BUTTON ASSY
2. REMOVE STEERING WHEEL ASSY
3. REMOVE STEERING COLUMN COVER
4. REMOVE IGNITION OR STARTER SWITCH ASSY
a. Disconnect the ignition switch and unlock warning switch connectors.
b. Remove the clamp.
c. Remove the 2 screws and ignition switch.
